Spring is Here!!!!!

Spring is here and you can see it in the air in the form of yellow pollen dust, which collects nicely on my black car!!!!! We have again been busy going out of town on the weekends to Knoxville and Greenville. Our trip to Knoxville included much successful shopping, hanging out with family, swimming in the pool, but Abigail was quite sick the whole weekend with a stomach bug-luckily only mommy got it. Andy continues his rotation in Greenville, SC and we love going to visit him. See below Abigail's latest spring photo shoot!!!!! These photos are a sneak peak at her adorable Easter dress.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

We went to Savannah, Ga to visit my Aunt Deb this past weekend. Although the madness of St. Patty's Day really happens there on St. Patty's Day, we were able to partake in a smaller version at the Tybee Island parade on Saturday. We got seats front and center and Abigail loved watching all the parade floats, horses and bagpipes. She collected 12 sets of beads from all the different paraders handing them out, my guess is that she is just such a cutie they were immediatly attracted to her!!!! See below some pics:

Oh no, I got a Citation from the Shriner's police for "Unauthorized Use of a Camera"

Daddy and Abigail with all her beads.

Giant UGA-The Patron Saint of Georgia!!!!(Or, at least it seems that way!)

So many people came to give Abigail beads, she was loving it!!!!

Daddy, Abigail, and Aunt Deb enjoying the festivities.

People lined up and down the Main Street where the parade took place. Everyone had their Green on!!!!

The bagpipers were my favorite!!!

Daylight Savings (It's about) Time

Thank Goodness for Daylight Savings Time!!!! We can now go out and walk and swing at the Park after I get off work. Just across the street from our house is a neighborhood park and playground. Every night, we go and swing in the park and Abigail gets to watch all the big kids scurry around the playground. All the kids love her and come to see her and help he push her swing. We have so much fun and can't wait til Andy can join us on our evening walks when he gets back from Greenville. Andy does have the day off today though, and he is home with the baby packing us up for our Savannah trip. See some pics down below:

I love to swing in the park-Mommy takes me every night!!!!

All the kids in the park run towards me when they see us coming. They love to help Mommy push me!!!!

Yay!!!! Daddy came home this week and had a day off to spend with me while we packed for our trip to Savannah. I really miss him!!!!

Travelin' Baby

So, the next couple months will keep us quite busy. We are gone for 8 weekends in a row from the end of February and will not be back home on a weekend until mid-April. Then, we will be gone two weekends in May due to Derby and a Memorial Day trip to the Lake. We are really enjoying all these travels and being able to take Abigail to visit friends and family. Andy is doing his Pediatric rotation at Shriner's Hospital in Greenville, SC, so the bulk of the weekends we are gone will be going to visit him. We went to Greenville this past weekend and had a blast!!! See below pictures of that as well as our rendevouz with Bubbie and Zeyde in Knoxville, TN. Stay tuned for the next blog to include our Savannah St. Patty's Day weekend trip and Knoxville Part II with Andy's side of the family.

We all went to watch the Louisville game before we had to part ways in Knoxville.

Me, mommy and my bubbie. I miss my bubbie!!!!

We visited Daddy in Greenville. It was a beautiful weekend and everyone in the whole city was out at the park!!!!!

Greenville is beautiful city full of parks, shops and restaurants-we will enjoy our visits!!!

9 month check-up

Abigail had her 9 month check up last week and the Doctor said she is doing great. She weighed 17.9 lbs(32nd percentile), 26.7 inches(28th percentile) and her head was 72nd percentile. That big head only means she is so smart!!!! She is on schedule with all her milestones(a little early in fact-see above reference to her big head!) She has been crawling and pulling up on EVERYTHING for over two months and she is now eating all sorts of table food. See below pictures:

The Doctor said Abigail looked "slender" for 9 months. I do not know about you, but that is not the first thing that comes to my mind when she is naked, you decide.
